Members of new male group HITT revealed

Yet another male group will be making their debut this year along with many other rumored or upcoming male groups that will also make their debut sometimes soon.

HITT ("Here Is The Top") is a 6-member male group consisting of Hayong, Juntaek, Hyunjun, Howon, Wooram, and Jaehoon under the agency Happy Holic with their albums to be released under Sony Music. It has been said that HITT will focus on ballads, dance, and hip-hip music.


Happy Holic finally released the photos of each members of the upcoming group. Each members can be seen wearing black suits with female hands clawing at their faces.


Andy Jones, the head of Sony Music's Asia Marketing, said, "We at Sony Music will help and support HITT in their singing careers not only in Korea but also Asia."


HITT will release their first music video teaser for their upcoming album "Here Is The Top" on July 4th. Will you be keeping an eye out for their debut?

New group HITT reveals tracklist for debut mini album

Earlier this week we revealed the new and upcoming group HITT through newly released pictures. Happy Holic, their company, revealed those in anticipation for their group's debut.

The group will be releasing their first mini album "Here is the Top" within two weeks from now, and has just recently revealed the tracklist. Title song "Good Night" is accompanied by another 4 songs, an unplugged version and two instrumentals.


This 6 member group consisting of Hayong, Juntaek, Hyunjun, Wooram, Jaehoon and maknae Howon, will be revealing their MV teaser for their debut track on July 4th.

BEAST's Doojoon shows off his apple-headed hairstyle with Hyunseung

BEAST is currently on their Asia Fanmeet Tour. The members of BEAST are showcasing their hit songs on overseas stages to their fans abroad. On July 1st, BEAST stopped in Malaysia, and on July 2nd, BEAST headed to Singapore. BEAST will be stopping in Thailand on the 9th and Japan on the 16th. The members of BEAST will be concluding their tour with a stop in China on July 30th.

During their free time, Hyunseung and Doojoon decided to post a picture to Hyunseung's twitter account. In the picture they are both lying on their backs on a bed resting. They are seen wearing t-shirts giving the image a comfortable feeling. Hyunseung added the caption, "Then Yoon Doo[joon] comes over and starts to show his talents."


Yoon Doojoon, the "Boyfriend Idol," caught the attention of fans by his "apple" hairstyle. Netizens commented, "By the way the picture is facing, so you two sleep together?" and "Why the apple hair all of a sudden?"

Arirang TV ranks most popular group members

On July 5th, Arirang World revealed its rankings of the most popular members of idol groups. The rankings are based on members who stand out among the rest of their groupmates.

The first place winner is SNSD's Yoona. She is well-rounded, with strong singing, dancing, and acting abilities, and is known for her beauty and complexion. She was also recently
featured in SHINee's Japanese "Replay" MV as the group members' love interest.

BEAST's Doojoon, the "boyfriend idol," came in second for his charisma and charm. He has also been named the most popular member of BEAST in Japan.


f(x)'s Sulli, who was seen
adapting the "antenna" hairstyle for "Pinocchio (Danger)" promotions in May, ranked third with her "trademark smile and bubbly personality."

Despite the hardships he has experienced recently and the
suspension of promotions for the remainder of the year, Big Bang's Daesung ranked fourth with his fun, approachable personality.

Rainbow's leader Kim Jaekyung came in at fifth place because she was popular before her debut and is well-known for her "perfect facial features and physique." and her abilities to look perfect and practically doll-like.

YG addresses rumors about international concerts

Following the success of SM Town's Paris concert and the nationwide attention the company has received since, rumors have surfaced about other major companies holding concerts outside of Asia. In some rumors spread through the internet, YG Entertainment, the label for Big Bang, 2NE1, and Se7en, was planning a world tour with stops in Chile, Argentina, New York, Canada, the Netherlands, and other locations. In addition, with such a high profile K-Pop event coming to Europe, fans of all Korean artists have become more hopeful that their favorite musicians will visit their home country. Many fans have become proactive in lobbying for concerts. A Facebook event called "Bring YG to the UK" is only one example of many groups across Europe holding flash mobs for a YG concert, and these flash mobs have not gone unnoticed by the Korean media or YG itself.

In response to the multiple rumors and fan projects, YG Entertainment stated, "Although there are no specific plans yet, we have received many proposals and are currently in the process of examining them."

Elementary school complains to Cube about causing a ruckus with Hara-Junhyung dating report

After news broke out about the relationship between B2ST’s Junhyung and KARA’s Hara, Cube Entertainment received an unusual call from a disgruntled elementary school.

Reportedly, the label picked up a call from an elementary school’s representatives, who complained that the dating news wrecked their students’ ability to concentrate in class.

Representatives revealed, “We did not intend for news to get out like this, but news of their relationship had already been reported. We were quite surprised to receive a complaint from an elementary school. According to them, there were many students crying after hearing about the news. They asked us why we had to report the news and disturb the children from studying for their tests.”

They continued, “We know that there were a lot of shocked fans after reports were made and we believe we’re receiving such calls because both Junhyung and Hara have many young fans. The fans must have been very surprised over the emergence of a new idol couple.”

After School to divide into ‘red’ and ‘blue’ units

After announcing that they’d be promoting as double units, After School has finally revealed what those units will be!

After School will be dividing their eight members equally into a blue and red team this month. The red team, like its color, will feature a powerful sexy concept, while the blue team is expected to come out with something cute and bright for the summer.

Photos of the divided units previously made their round on the internet, bringing out the curiosity of fans.

Representatives of Pledis Entertainment said, “After School will be showing off different charms as friendly rivals while promoting together.”

After School is also preparing for their second official fan-meet on July 9th.
